Who are we?

What data do we process?

When you fill in the contact form, we process the data you provide: names, email address, phone number, date and location of the celebration, wishes and your message.

Why?

We use this data solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if you book, carry out the assignment (legal basis: pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract).

How long?

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact. Client data is kept as long as legally required for our accounting.

Who do we share data with?

Forms are processed by our form service (Formspree) and our email provider. We never sell your data to third parties.

Cookies

This website only uses strictly necessary technical storage. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics / Google Ads) are only set after you consent via the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email info@studioloubna.be. You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

We only publish images of your celebration in our portfolio or on social media with your consent.
